About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about helping customers succeed. In this role, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers to ensure they are getting the most value from Wrangle’s ticketing and workflow tools. You’ll lead onboarding and training, co-build solutions alongside customers, and act as a trusted advisor. You’ll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for expansion and upsell through close relationships and strategic insight.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, figuring things out on the fly, and making a big impact in a fast-paced environment.
