As our first customer success hire, you get the chance to build our CX process from the ground up. You'll be reporting directly to the founders.
You'll work with our customers to help them build workflows and to learn Wrangle.

What you'll do
- Help the founders get to understand what our customers are trying to do with our software.
- Work with our customers to train them, consult with them, and build workflows with them.
- Be the point of contact for customer issues, feedback, and ideas.
- Build training and evangelism docs and videos to help people learn our app.
- Drive expansion inside our customers, attracting more and more teams to automate their processes with our software.
Who you are
- 3+ years of industry experience with customer success in B2B software. Bonus points if you've supported customers using apps that have no-code or workflow capabilities.
- You are excellent at teaching people how to understand new software and you know how to use no-code tools like Zapier, Airtable, etc.
- You know how to balance being the voice of the customer with pushing the customer past their objections.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You thrive on customers coming to you with tough problems that require creative solutions, especially when the product isn't as capable yet as it will be one day.
