As our first non-founder sales hire, you get the chance to help build our sales processes from the ground up. You'll be reporting directly to the founders.
Your focus will be on identifying and engaging with potential customers for Wrangle's workflow automation and ticketing application.

What you'll do
- Evangelize product set externally to new prospects
- Meet and exceed pipeline and quota targets
- Answer and qualify all of Wrangle's inbound lead funnel
- Assist marketing with profiling of accounts and data gathering
- Update our sales and marketing database to ensure our team has all relevant and updated information on leads and opportunities
- Prospect potential leads through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other communication platforms
- Serve as the daily first responder on Intercom helping Wrangle book meetings from inbound conversations
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Manage series of content drips and report out on effectiveness in partnership with marketing
- Help the product team understand what our customers are trying to do with our software
- Listen to our prospects and customers and identify their pains in ticketing and workflow management, helping advise them on building out solutions in Wrangle
- Work with customer success to help expand deals to other departments after they close
- Consistently improve personal product and industry knowledge
